Nestled away in a quiet and beautiful location is a traditional Bavarian hotel. the staff are warm and helpful, serving up delicious gourmet-style meals with exceptional presentation. the breakfast is definitely a highlight, featuring homemade jams and a wide variety of delicious items. the rooms are cleanly kept and in-keeping with the traditional design of the hotel, ensuring a cozy and authentic Bavarian experience.
Some rooms may need a bit of updating with new paint and carpets.

Our recent stay in the mountains south of Munich was a great experience. The hotel provided us with spacious and clean rooms, and a delicious breakfast with local flavors. We especially enjoyed the charm of the small authentic hotel and the peaceful location. the area offered great opportunities for hiking and cycling, making it perfect for outdoor enthusiasts.
the location of the hotel was quite remote, which made it challenging to reach, and we had to drive on narrow mountain roads. we had a pleasant stay, but the uneven restaurant service and the distance from the highway may be a consideration for future guests.

We had a wonderful time in this charming hotel tucked into the mountains. The hotel staff was warm and welcoming, providing great information about the local area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the delicious breakfast served each morning. Additionally, the hotel grounds were beautiful, and parking was easy to find.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

Wonderful surprise in the mountains! Warm and welcoming staff. Gourmet quality dinners. Scenic location. Excellent breakfast with homemade jams. Neatly maintained rooms. Wifi connectivity. Great surroundings for hiking and cycling.

The hotel is located in a scenic area surrounded by beautiful nature. The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had in Europe, with a variety of fresh and delicious items. The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely balcony to enjoy the view.
We booked two rooms, one standard and one comfort. However, the standard room turned out to be more comfortable and spacious than the comfort room, which was smaller and lacked some amenities. Communication with the host was difficult as they did not speak good English.
